Hey Savi is the fashion search engine designed to eliminate the frustrations of online shopping. With brand-agnostic, AI-powered image recognition and personalised recommendations, it turns visual inspiration into seamless discovery. Think Shazam meets Spotify, but for fashion.

We helped Hey Savi create a brand world that felt fresh, useful and genuinely user-first. Our goal was to explain the technology in a way that excites without overwhelming and land a memorable proposition that sets Hey Savi apart from traditional search engines and shopping apps.

We brought Hey Savi to life with smart storytelling rooted in user behaviour. At the heart of the launch was a sizzle film that introduced the product promise in four simple steps: Snap. Search. Buy. Wear. Everything we did kept the user in control and kept the brand humble. We also worked closely on visual identity applications, with particular focus on the distinctive 'speech bubble' device as a visual hook to bring the brand’s conversational UI to life across digital and campaign assets.

The Hey Savi speech bubble became a key visual asset across the brand’s toolkit. Inspired by the brand’s name and natural language search format (“Hey Savi, find me a...”), we used the bubble to house quotes, UI elements, headlines and images. Crucially, it also helped showcase the intelligence of the product without overexplaining it. A cropped model with a speech bubble overlay? Instantly, you understand this is about asking and receiving. From web to OOH, the speech bubble became a shorthand for the product’s simplicity and smarts.
