YeahNice are an independent creative studio that specialises in branding and go to market campaigns for a whole host of clients across technology, beauty and entertainment sectors. Due to maternity leave we are looking to bring on an Account Manager for an initial three-month contract, with the potential for extension/to go permanent.
The Role:
We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our team on a 3-month FTC to cover maternity leave, with potential for a permanent role. You’ll be the day-to-day contact for a range of clients, ensuring projects run smoothly from briefing through to delivery. You’ll keep everyone and everything on track including the clients and the creatives and be the go-to contact for the clients, with support from the rest of the team.
Responsibilities include:
- Day-to-day management of client relationships
- Keeping on top of client requests
- Leading projects from start to finish, ensuring they stay on time and on budget
- Creating and maintaining project timelines and budgets
- Writing internal briefs for the creative team
- Managing internal workflows to ensure creatives have what they need to deliver great work
- Listening to client needs and responding thoughtfully and efficiently
About you:
- Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented
- Experience with brand and creative projects, have an understanding of what is required in the process
- A strong communicator who can manage upwards and across teams
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and staying calm under pressure
- Great at building relationships and earning client trust
- Proactive, collaborative, and unflappable
- Minimum 2 years in a similar account/project management role in a creative or branding agency
The detail:
The role includes two days a week working from our Shoreditch office. It is full time, but we would also be open to discussing part time. While it is a three-month contract initially it is very much our hope that the successful candidate will become a permanent member of the team.
